Park Jinyoung to Star in ‘Unknown Seoul’ After Becoming Park Bo-young’s Man

On Sep 26th, an entertainment industry insider told Sports Chosun, “Park Jinyoung will star as the male lead in the new drama ‘Unknown Seoul’.” The drama is a romantic coming-of-age story about twin sisters who swap lives through a series of lies, ultimately discovering true love and their real selves. Park Bo-young will play the dual roles of the twin sisters.

Park Jinyoung is expected to play Ho-su, a man who has been connected with one of the twins, Miji, since their school days. His close involvement with Miji has raised anticipation for his on-screen chemistry with Park Bo-young.

Debuting with JJ Project and GOT7, Park Jinyoung has showcased his charm in various works, including “Dream High Season 2”, “He is Psychometric”, “The Devil Judge” and “Yumi’s Cells”. His love line with Kim Go-eun in “Yumi’s Cells” was particularly well-received, with fans even requesting a change to his character’s ending. Given his strong performance, viewers are eager to see what new charms he will bring to “Unknown Seoul”.

Park Jinyoung, who enlisted in May last year, is currently serving as an active-duty soldier. He is expected to be discharged at the end of October, making “Unknown Seoul” his comeback project.
