On June 12th, Netflix announced through an official press release that “Sweet Home” Season 3 (directed by Lee Eung-bok) will be released on July 19th, and unveiled the launching poster.
“Sweet Home” Season 3 depicts the fierce and desperate battle of those at the crossroads of choice in a world that has finally reached the end of monstrous transformations and the beginning of a new humanity, blurring the lines between monsters and humans.
The launching poster captures attention with Hyun-su (played by Song Kang) walking in the middle of a devastated city, amidst the still unresolved monstrous transformations. The image of Hyun-su, with monstrous wings, raises curiosity about whether he can reclaim his human identity after being eaten away by a monster at the end of Season 2.
Additionally, the multiple cocoons hanging from the ceiling, emitting light from within, hint at the dawn of a new era of humanity. The copy “The end of all evolution” further heightens curiosity about the new narrative that will begin in Season 3.
Meanwhile, Season 3, which will decorate the finale of the “Sweet Home” series, will be available exclusively on Netflix on Friday, July 19th.
