The 2024 MBC Drama Awards ceremony was held at the MBC Public Hall in Sangam-dong, Seoul on the afternoon of December 30th. Kim Sung-joo and Lee Gyu-young were the hosts of this event.
Lee Se-young, who was nominated for the Best Couple Award with “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract,” said, “I won the Best Couple Award with ‘The Red Sleeve’ (starring Lee Jun-ho) last year. I’m married to a new man now,” and then held Bae In-Hyuk ‘s hand tightly.
“They’re holding hands tightly while talking,” said Kim Sung-joo, the MC of the show. As a result, another nominated couple, Namkoong Min and Ahn Eun-jin of “My Dearest” also clenched hands to prove themselves, drawing laughter.
In the end, the winners of the Best Couple Award were announced to be Namkoong Min and Ahn Eun-jin of “My Dearest.” Lee Se-young and Bae In-hyuk clapped and congratulated them.
