The 28th Chunsa International Film Festival was held in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of July 7, and the ceremony was broadcast live online.
In this event, Kim Ji-woon, the director of “Cobweb,” won the Best Director Award. He said in his acceptance speech, “I think “Cobweb” is a love letter and hymn not only to the director but also to all creators who have overcome the unbearable reality and those who have not given up.”
Kim Hye-soo won the Best Actress Award for her role in “Smugglers.” “While filming ‘Smugglers’, I fell in love with my partner Uhm Jung-ah, and I felt and learned a lot from watching Jo In-sung on the set. They were great actors and actresses to work with.”
