In dramaland, leading ladies often find themselves torn between the love of two equally attractive men — a choice none of us would want to make! But what if you did have to pick between the frustrating lawyer and the adorkable police officer? In this weekly feature, we ask you to make the difficult decisions — and we aren’t limiting our options to dreamy oppas.
Vote via the poll and feel free to use the comments to explain exactly how you were able to choose! So, Beanies:
WOULD YOU RATHER #26 RESULTS
Welp, there was a clear winner with this one. With nearly 74% of the vote indicating that they would rather work at a convenience store managed by former K-pop idols, is there any reason to discuss the benefits of sneaking into an all-boys school? I guess not, because none of the Beanies who cast a vote for donning a male disguise shared their reasons for doing so in our comment section. However, there were two folks, @welh640 and @jerrykuvira, who said no to both.
The rest of you — meaning those of you who signed up to work at a convenience store — were very quick to point out why retail (of all things) was better than the alternative of living with a bunch of high school dudes. For starters, the idea of going back to school — particularly high school — was unappealing to Beanies like @jls943, who has already spent way too much time studying to want to go back. Plus, @mayhemf has seen the inside of a boys’ dormitory, and apparently it ain’t pretty.
Plus, let’s be real, as @miso2019 stated: “Nobody wants to engage with the logistics of a gender bender comedy/disaster.” They’re fun to watch in K-dramas, of course, but entirely unrealistic and impractical for most of us. @redfox was probably right when she said it would be more realistic to sneak in as a cleaning lady, but based on previous testimony, that might be a far worse job than working at a convenience store. And really, who doesn’t want to get paid to work with handsome/pretty idols all day?
