2020 Year in Review: The Bean Count – Part 1

Well, Beanies? We made it through 2020! *confetti* This means, of course, that it’s time for the annual Bean Count — you know, the drama tally that you’ve had at the back of your mind all year.

For those new to our year-end series, the Bean Count is our no-context and super fun way of sharing which dramas we watched, and what we thought of them. You get one bean for each show you finished, and then you pull from your total bean count and give them back to the shows you liked/loved/still can’t get over. There’s no right or wrong answer here, just some math (the good kind) and painstaking dissemination of imaginary beans.

Here’s a quick review before you get going:

1. To get your total beans, count one for each 2020 show you watched in its entirety (no cheating!). For currently airing shows, you also get one bean if you’re up-to-date on them.
2. Add up your beans and redistribute them between your finished/current shows, using whatever reason makes sense to you. Because dramaland has a reason all its own.
