Accordingly, at around 7:00 PM (KST) on the 8th of last month, an elderly couple in their 60s were hit by an electric kickboard that came from behind while taking a walk and were taken to the hospital after losing consciousness.
An electric scooter carrying two high school students rear-ended an elderly couple walking on the right side of the road, eventually killing the wife.
The incident, which awakens people about the dangers of electric scooters, is resurfacing after BTS’s Suga was spotted drunk-driving while using an electric scooter.
