Reasons to watch: Premiering in a new 1x a week Thursday slot, The Killing Vote promises to be a noir thriller about the nature of justice. Having the masked vigilante as the antagonist (at least at the start) is an interesting take, since the good-but-bad-guy-against-the-system is more commonly our anti-hero. Still, this particular drama is ripe for twists, and kind of as with Longing for You, if there isn’t more than meets the eye (cop against the clock after evil baddie) then it’s likely to get boring fast. But with Park Hae-jin, Im Ji-yeon, and Park Sung-woong headlining, and the screenwriter of Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, we have much reason to hope for a thrilling ride.
Though the drama will air one episode a week, the first two episodes will drop on the premiere date, just to get you hooked.
