In the latest teaser for Missing: The Other Side, lead actor Go Soo (Money Game) wanders between the world of the living and the village of souls. Missing: The Other Side is an upcoming fantasy-mystery drama featuring Go Soo as a smooth-talking conman that gets in over his head with the case of a disappeared corpse. In an attempt to find the truth, Go Soo stumbles upon a village of missing souls.
The teaser begins with Go Soo’s back toward camera, showing the viewer his perspective. In the world of the living, Ahn So-hee (Woohoo Waikiki 2) and Ha Joon (Black Dog), both dressed in all black, search anxiously throughout a dark forest while Go Soo watches.
Suddenly the scene switches, and instead of being in the middle of a dark forest, Go Soo is surrounded by summery green trees budding with bright new leaves. In this world of souls, Go Soo watches as Seo Eun-soo (Legal High) arranges flowers and Song Geon-hee (Mystic Pop-up Bar) drinks tea.
Heo Jun-ho (Kingdom) appears out of nowhere and grabs Go Soo’s shoulder. They enter a black limbo, and Heo Jun-ho desperately tells Go Soo to return: “Go back. This is not a place for you to be.” With an anguished expression, Go Soo asks him, “Why is it only visible to me?”
OCN Saturday-Sunday drama Missing: The Other Side, directed by Min Yeon-hong (Touch) and co-written by Ban Ki-ri (Witch’s Romance) and Jung So-young, will begin airing in August.
