It’s a new month, and with a new month comes new dramas! Joining the Monday-Tuesday lineup was tvN’s The Great Show, which had a great start with 3 percent ratings. A Moment at Eighteen, a fellow cable show over on JTBC, also got 3 percent ratings, even nearing 4 percent. I’ll be cheering for this sweet little youth drama to beat its record in its final two weeks.
The majority of Wednesday-Thursday shows will be ending in just a couple of days, so I’ll be cheering those on as well. Justice, Rookie Historian, and Class of Lies have been the real standouts here, constantly fighting for first place — it’ll be interesting to see who gets to first place with their last episode.
Over the weekend, one show quickly came and went (Hotel del Luna, with some damn good numbers), and more are about to do the same. That leaves us with our second and final premiere this week, Hell Is Other People. And this premiere deserves two celebrations — one for actor Im Shi-wan’s return and another for an impressive 3.8 rating.
