The chemistry in Temperature of Love’s teaser is promising already! Seo Hyun-jin (Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim) and Yang Se-jong (Duel) star in this upcoming romantic drama as an aspiring drama writer and a chef who initially get together but break up because their “temperature of love” is not the same. The drama will show how these reunited lovers end up matching each other and coming to the same “temperature of love.”
In the teaser, Seo Hyun-jin sits at a table with her laptop out, typing: “Temperature is important in cooking…” Yang Se-jong says the same, adding that there’s an optimal temperature in cooking as well. In a back-and-forth narration, they say, “The temperature can’t be too hot or too cold.”
Second lead Kim Jae-wook (Voice) plays a born entrepreneur, and he pulls out a vintage golden pocket watch. Jo Boa (The Man Living in Our House), who plays a fellow aspiring drama writer who was born with a silver spoon, grasps her pen and just stares longingly at Yang Se-jong.
Time stops as Seo Hyun-jin considers her words, and then things come back into motion again when she proceeds to type: “Temperature is important in love too. There’s also an optimal temperature of love.” Yang Se-jong repeats the phrase, and carries his carefully prepared dish to her table. Jo Boa and Kim Jae-wook both glance at him as he passes by, and Yang Se-jong’s voiceover concludes, “Love happens when both lovers are at the same temperature.”
Oh so cute—I want my puppy Yang Se-jong now please! But alas, Monday-Tuesday SBS romance drama Temperature of Love begins on September 18, after Falsify ends.
