Jujutsu Zero Technique Tier List

jujutsu zero cursed technique tier list

For my tier list, I focused on the overall DPS for PVP and PVE Raids/Grinding, the number of moves, and whether a technique has a Domain Expansion. Currently, only Limitless has a Domain Expansion, but this may change with future updates. I’ll refresh the tier list as new Cursed Techniques or Domain Expansions are added. Below, you’ll find the individual reasons behind each ranking.

Tier Breakdowns:

S-Tier: The best DPS for Raids, PVP, and PVE grinding.

A-Tier: Excels in both PVP and Raids but S-Tiers perform better overall.

B-Tier: Great alternatives for PVP and easy Raids or excellent secondary techniques.

C-Tier: Underpowered, but can work as a secondary technique for beginners.

D-Tier: Avoid using.

Weapons vs. Techniques: Generally, top-tier Cursed Techniques outshine weapons.

Best Skill Tree for Techniques: Focus primarily on Offense for ATK nodes to enhance damage, followed by Vitality for HP and damage reduction in Raids. Once you can comfortably handle Easy and Medium Raids, consider investing in Cursed Energy and cooldowns. Notably, Disaster Flames is S-Tier with the full Crit rate and Crit damage skill tree.

S-Tier Cursed Techniques

S-Tier Ranking Reasons
ShrineSpecial Grade • While Shrine lacks a Domain Expansion, it can maximize damage with a full Crit build using fast, safe moves—ideal for Raids. Cleave boasts great range, and Dismantle supports quick damage combos in all modes. Web Slam shines as an excellent AOE move for PVE farming. On top of that, Fuga allows ranged damage, crucial for kiting bosses when HP is low.
LimitlessSpecial Grade • Currently the only technique with a Domain Expansion, acquired from Domain Fragments found in Raid Chest rewards. Its Domain Expansion stuns NPCs and slows players, offering a utility edge. The base skill Reversal Red excels for quick AOE bursts in Raids and PVE. Hollow Purple is superb for burst damage.

A-Tier Cursed Techniques

A-Tier Ranking Reasons
Disaster FlamesSpecial Grade • A pure DPS moveset that can reach S-Tier with a full Crit damage build. It has fantastic Raid damage with easy-to-land AOE moves like Molten Ray. Maximum Meteor delivers massive damage, although it might struggle in PVP due to its start-up.
Blood ManipulationGrade 1 • This technique can outdamage Star Rage but comes with a steeper learning curve. Blood Whip deals decent melee damage, while Blood Rain offers quick AOE damage and Piercing Blood is a fantastic skill making this set strong for Raids and PVE.
Star RageGrade 1 • Not as damaging as the top S-Tiers, but it shines in Raids. Skills like Bullet and Punch allow for great DPS from a safe distance, making it ideal for kiting bosses and engaging effectively in PVP.

B-Tier Cursed Techniques

B-Tier Ranking Reasons
RatioGrade 2 • While lacking the damage output of higher-tier techniques, it’s versatile for PVP and Raids as a secondary technique. Moves like Fraction provide swift AOE damage, and Dividing Lunge offers mobility with decent damage. Ideal for beginners in PVP scenarios.
Straw DollGrade 3 • While the weakest in B-Tier, it remains decent for beginners. Piercing Rain is a good farming move, but it has limitations in PVP. Nail Gun delivers faster hits, great for combo extending, while Resonance offers decent damage for Raids but requires precision.

C-Tier Cursed Techniques

C-Tier Ranking Reasons
Cursed SpeechGrade 2 • This technique has a modest moveset and lacks firepower, but offers some utility. It’s best suited as a second support technique for beginners.

D-Tier Cursed Techniques

D-Tier Ranking Reasons
Exploding FleshGrade 3 • Considered the weakest technique in the game, it works marginally as a secondary support until you find something better. It’s not worth keeping as you progress.

How to Farm Lumen in Jujutsu Zero

Farming Lumens is crucial for spinning for Cursed Techniques. Here are three main methods:

  • Chests: Explore the map for hidden chests that can yield substantial Lumens and Yen. Though they don’t respawn, they can grant up to 3500 Lumens, enough for multiple spins.
  • AFK Realm: Go AFK to enter the AFK Realm and accumulate spins, which can reward you with tons of Lumens.
  • Raids: Participate in all Raids to earn Lumens. You can farm special-grade pity costing 70,000 Lumens through various difficulties.

Buying Lumens with Yen isn’t ideal early on, as you’ll need Yen for mastering techniques. Though you can purchase Lumens with Robux, utilizing the AFK Realm is much more beneficial.

How to Farm Mastery in Jujutsu Zero

To unlock advanced moves in Jujutsu Zero, you’ll need to farm mastery. Here’s how:

  • Activate a Mastery Vow for bonus Mastery EXP.
  • Have a friend or alternate account accept the first Level 1 quest to defeat students.
  • Farm these students for Mastery points without worrying about them despawning.
  • Make sure your friend or alternate account doesn’t finish the quest, or the enemies will disappear.
  • You can do this on public servers or a private one for added convenience.

What is the best Cursed Technique in Jujutsu Zero?

Limitless is currently the best since it’s the only technique with a Domain Expansion. Shrine and Disaster Flame are very close contenders, while Star Rage also performs well in Raids.

How do I get Domain Expansion in Jujutsu Zero?

You unlock the Domain Expansion for Limitless by acquiring Domain Shards from Raid Chests. From there, access the Techniques menu and purchase the Domain Expansion using those shards.

When can I play Raids in Jujutsu Zero?

Raids become available starting at Level 100. They’re worthwhile because they drop Raid Chests which contain prime gear and Domain Shards. Avoid pulling on banners for now due to bugs; check the Jujutsu Zero Discord for updates.

How do I perform a Black Flash in Jujutsu Zero?

During enemy attacks, two circles will display, with a larger one shrinking to fit a smaller one. Execute an M1 attack precisely as they align to perform a Black Flash.
