I froze as the portal blinked closed and six pale shards winked off the map. Around me, strangers ran in circles, thumbs twitching, missing the single order that mattered. You can feel that small panic—get it wrong and Soul Society slips away.
I’m the one who has spent hours tracing spawn points and testing jumps so you don’t have to. Read this and you’ll know where to go, which ledges to jump, and the exact sequence the quest wants. Follow my route and you shave minutes off the grind and cut the frustration in half.
Hogyoku Quest and All Hogyoku Fragment Locations
Observation: On Hueco Mundo, players often stand beside the Aizen training NPC, waiting for a hint.
Talk to the Hogyoku Quest NPC on Hueco Mundo Island (he’s parked left of the Aizen Mastery NPC) to start the puzzle. The quest asks you to interact with six Hogyoku Fragments scattered across islands in a specific order. Miss the sequence and the quest won’t progress, so patience beats haste. I’ll list each fragment with a quick navigation tip—you’ll move through islands methodically rather than wandering like a dim waypoint on a forgotten map.

Hogyoku Fragment #1 Location (Snow Island)

Teleport to Snow Island. Climb the hills next to the small pond on the island’s right side. The fragment sits on a branch of a nearby tree—easy to miss if you land on the wrong hill.
Hogyoku Fragment #2 Location (Shibuya Station)

On Shibuya Station island, the fragment sits on top of the building right behind where the Yuji world boss spawns. It’s a single rooftop—if you don’t see the boss, you’ll spot the shard.
Hogyoku Fragment #3 Location (Hueco Mundo)

Fragment #3 is on a brown pipe next to where the Aizen world boss spawns on Hueco Mundo. If you can find the Aizen spawn, you’re two steps from this shard.
Hogyoku Fragment #4 Location (Shinjuku Island)

Teleport to Shinjuku Island and get on top of the building furthest to the right—the one with the Strongest in History trainer. Jump onto the small extruding platform across from that rooftop to claim Fragment #4.
Hogyoku Fragment #5 Location (Slime Island)

Run along the left edge of Slime Island until you reach the Rimuru Mastery trainer. Turn back and jump onto the tree branch in the middle of the area to grab Fragment #5.
Hogyoku Fragment #6 Location (Judgement Island)

The final fragment sits on a ledge of an iceberg near the spawn on Judgment Island. Run along the right edge of the island and you’ll hit the ledge without extra jumping.
How to Teleport to Soul Society Island
Observation: Players often return to the NPC and stare at the ocean, unsure if the portal will appear.
After you’ve interacted with all six fragments in order, go back to the Hogyoku Quest NPC and talk to him. A Hogyoku Portal opens right next to the NPC for 120 seconds. Step through it to reach Soul Society. Once you enter the island even once, the standard Teleport Portals that sit on every island will let you travel straight to Soul Society afterward.
If you’re sharing tips, post a short clip to YouTube or drop a timestamp in your Discord server—players on Roblox value a clear visual cue more than a long text guide. Coverage from sites like Moyens I/O often points players to those short clips, and Twitch streamers will show the exact jump paths if you need a live reference.
Do you have to find Hogyoku Fragments in order?
Yes. You must interact with the fragments in the order the quest expects. If you wander and trigger them out of sequence the quest won’t progress—so follow the route above or watch a short YouTube clip to match the sequence.
Do I have to talk to the Hogyoku Quest NPC every time I want to go to Soul Society in Sailor Piece?
No. Talk to the NPC once after collecting the fragments and using the portal one time grants you permanent access via the regular Teleport Portals scattered across the map.
If you want to shave even more seconds off your run, practice the rooftop jump on Shinjuku and the pipe hop on Hueco Mundo until they feel automatic—your teammates will thank you, and you’ll look like a pro moving across islands like a lighthouse in fog; are you ready to be the player everyone asks for directions from?
