All Fortnite Treasure Hunters Quests & Rewards — Complete Guide

All Fortnite Treasure Hunters Quests & Rewards — Complete Guide

I dropped onto Crossbones Isle with one chest and a sliver of health, and three squads were already converging. I watched the mini-map flash like a warning light and knew I had ten minutes to salvage more than a match. You could call it panic—or the exact moment you decide what this season is worth to you.

All Fortnite Treasure Hunters Quests and Rewards

I notice squads treat the Battle Pass like a checklist more than a strategy in the first week of any season. That’s why I’ll walk you through every quest, every XP nugget, and the cosmetic targets worth stealing time for.

Quick orientation: Weekly quests pay 20,000 XP each. Epic Games drops new batches every Thursday at 9:00 AM ET. Treasure Hunters Mini Season runs with five weekly quest drops and handfuls of map-driven tasks tied to the One Piece crossover, Lil Uzi Vert, and live-event timing.

How to Complete Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season Weekly Quests

On any given Thursday I can tell who read the patch notes and who didn’t by where they land. Weekly quests are small, repeatable paydays designed to nudge you up the Battle Pass; each completed weekly quest grants 20,000 XP.

Weekly quests appear under the Quests Tab in the This Week section. There are five batches overall; treat each Thursday like a new set of errands. Weekly quests are a conveyor belt of small paydays.

How do weekly quests work in Treasure Hunters Mini Season?

You get five weekly batches across the mini season; each quest gives 20,000 XP and appears in the Quests Tab. Complete several per week to climb the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass—some rewards unlock only after a threshold of weekly completions.

  • Consume a Devil Fruit (1) — 20,000 XP
  • Use Rift service or hire a specialist in different matches (2) — 20,000 XP
  • Use Sprite Wanted Posters to dig up and open Sprite Chests (3) — 20,000 XP
  • Find a cannon loaded with a cannonball or player (1) — 20,000 XP

Week 1 Quests and Rewards

  • Damage A$AP Rocky with two different weapons (2) — 20,000 XP
  • Travel distance in the air while under the effects of low-grav (500) — 20,000 XP

  • Loot items from a vault (20) — 20,000 XP
  • Damage opponents with Legendary or better weapons (500) — 20,000 XP

I’ll update this list every Thursday when Epic Games releases the next batch. If you joined late, check Fortnite update 43.00 patch notes for full context and the One Piece collab details—there are Fruit weapons like the Flame Flame Fruit to test while you chase quests.

Treasure Hunt Fortnite Quests (Map Fragment and Treasure Chests)

I watch streamers stop, dig, and sprint—map fragments are a behavior cue more than a gimmick. Each week a Captain’s Map Fragment appears; find it and you collect XP while following a small treasure-hunt arc across the island.

Collecting map fragments and opening treasure chests is slow XP but low-risk if you plan your drops. Crossbones Isle is a chessboard where every move costs XP.

Where are map fragments and treasure chests?

  • Collect a Map Fragment at The $.$. Rocky (1) — 10,000 XP

Chest tasks you can chip away at over several matches:

  • Open Treasure Chests (25)
  • Open Rare Chests (2)
  • Open Sprite Chests (2)

Captain X Fortnite Quests

I heard one player call Captain X “the reason they bought the pass” before we landed. Captain X ties the season’s narrative to cosmetics: hit milestones of weekly completions and the rewards trickle to your locker.

Complete weekly quest thresholds to claim themed items—loading screens, sprays, back bling, and the Captain X outfit at the top tier. The Captain X track uses the same weekly-quest counter that lives in your Quests Tab.

What rewards do Captain X quests give?

  • Complete 4 Weekly Quests: The Treasure Hunt Begins (Loading Screen)
  • Complete 8 Weekly Quests: Banner Icon
  • Complete 12 Weekly Quests: He Who Sees All Treasure (Spray)
  • Complete 14 Weekly Quests: Rogue Wave and Tidecutter (Back Bling)
  • Complete 18 Weekly Quests: TBA
  • Complete 20 Weekly Quests: TBA
  • Complete 24 Weekly Quests: Captain X (Outfit)

Note: the Captain X rewards require the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass to claim. If you’re weighing whether to buy now or later, remember loot and quests expire when the season ends; the live event on December 5, 2026 is the hard deadline to grab what you’ve earned.

Quick practical tools: check the Quests Tab in-game, follow Epic Games on Twitter for drops, and watch creators who map fragment spawn patterns on YouTube and Discord channels dedicated to Fortnite strategy. Want to chase every cosmetic, or are you here for fast XP—what’s your move this season?
