All Medallions in Far Far West Canyon: Locations & How to Find Them

All Medallions in Far Far West Canyon: Locations & How to Find Them

I froze at the canyon rim as the sun hit metal—one small shine, and a secret loosened its grip on the map. My hand went numb holding the medallion; that quiet rush is why you keep scanning the cliffs. By the time I left, four faces were fitted into a stone door and the canyon stopped pretending it was empty.

I’ve run this route a dozen times on Steam and console builds, logged every spawn and interaction, and I’ll walk you through each medallion so you can waste less time and get the reward. Read the map, follow the order I give, and you’ll avoid the frustrating backtrack that eats playtime.

The map looks cluttered until you pick one trail and commit; that small decision clears everything. On the Canyon map there are four medallions to collect. Insert them into the wall to open the secret door and score piles of Gold and an exclusive Joker card.

Use the image below as your cheat-sheet. The medallion logos you want are outlined in red (solid black bodies). Other symbols point to separate Secrets if you’re the completionist type or writing a Moyens I/O-style guide for friends.

Quick roadmap before the step-by-step: West is Hawkeye (Focus); North is Bobby (Luck); East is Sweaty (Greed); center with the F is the Sheriff (Bravery). Start West, swing north, hit the east ridge, and finish at the center door—the Sheriff medallion sits right beside the secret entry.

Where are all the medallions in Far Far West Canyon?

Think of the canyon as four stages of a scavenger hunt. You’ll take shots at targets, blow rocks with dynamite, dig at marked dirt, and pop a cave chest—the order I give minimizes backtracking and exposure to respawning enemies on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC.

When you enter the West area you’ll hear the ping of steel and see a safe with a counter; that sound is your cue. There are 10 glowing blue targets scattered around; they can be shot in any order. Hit all ten and the safe opens—grab the medallion and move on.

Bobby’s medallion — a cave-side observation

I’ve broken more throwables on canyon trips than I care to admit; in the north cave the temptation to rush is real. Drop down from the canyon lip and you’ll find Bobby’s body beside a crate of dynamite. Plant the dynamite and detonate it against the glowing rock clusters—one explosion and the second medallion is yours.

Sweaty’s medallion — a bridge observation

Bridges make people pause; that pause is where secrets hide. On the east side there’s a small bridge with a zipline down—ride it and you’ll meet Sweaty and a rack of shovels. Use a shovel to dig the dirt piles; most runs show the medallion in the far-right pile, though you may hit a skull instead.

How do I get Sweaty’s medallion?

Zipline to the lower ledge, talk to Sweaty, then use a shovel on the three dirt piles. If you’re short on time, target the extreme right pile first; players who test runs on PC and console have a higher success rate there. Keep a shovel ready in your hotbar so you don’t waste runs stopping to swap gear.

Sheriff’s medallion — a cave-mouth observation

The center of the map feels like the final scene of a western—everything points inward. The Sheriff’s medallion sits at the entrance of a cave above the south canyon. Grab it, walk up to the stone door, insert all four medallions, and the secret will pay out in Gold and the Joker card.

If you want to log your runs like a speedrunner, use a capture tool—OBS or the Steam overlay—so you can clip where spawns or AI behavior cost you time. This method saved me multiple retries and made the route repeatable across PlayStation and Xbox sessions.

The whole process is simple when you move through the four points in order; think of the sequence like a four-note melody, clear and repeatable. On my last run the medallion wall opened without fuss and the reward felt deserved—do you want the same clean run or to gamble on the chaos of exploration?
