You boot up Ultimate Team and notice the Season 1 pass has barely any time left. I felt that small jolt too—two days to choose where your coins go. The clock feels like a dropped coin in a silent room.
I follow EA updates, Reddit threads and X leaks so you don’t have to chase every post. Below I’ll walk you through the release timing, what’s leaked about the Season Pass, and the quick moves you can make before Thursday.
FC 27 Season 2 Heritage release countdown
The week before Halloween, retail windows get spooky and game servers shift their playlists.
Season 2—called Heritage—goes live on Thursday, Oct. 22. The community leakflow and the Season 1 Pass expiry lined up to point to that date, and the embedded countdown below will flip when the new season arrives.
The countdown aligns with these launch windows:
- 12am PT
- 2am CT
- 3am ET
- 7am UTC
- 8am BST
- 9am CET
If you own the Season 1 Pass, its expiry is the clearest signal: the current pass drops off in under two days, so any progress you haven’t claimed will be lost to time.
When does FC 27 Season 2 start?
It starts on Thursday, Oct. 22 at the times listed above. I’d set your alarms if you’re chasing limited-time cards—EA and Ultimate Team often lift new promos within minutes, and moments matter.
FC 27 Season 2 Pass rewards
On forums and X the chatter is already heating up—people are posting screenshots and claim lists from early leakers.
EA hasn’t posted the full Season Pass contents yet; the official reveal typically lands the moment the season goes live. That said, several cards attributed to Heritage and the rumored Ultimate Scream promo have surfaced across Twitter/X and Reddit. The leaked names below have been widely shared, though keep an eye on official channels for confirmation.

- Alexis Sánchez

Some of those cards appear to be gated behind the Premium pass—so you’ll need coins or FC Points to claim them. Expect evolutions, pack rewards and seasonal objectives stacked into the Pass. The card pool right now feels like a patchwork quilt of eras: mixes of current stars and nostalgic throwbacks.
What rewards are in the FC 27 Season Pass?
Leaked candidates suggest a mix of single-player items, squad-building pack rewards, and exclusive Premium cards. Anything marked Premium will require an upgrade via coins or FC Points purchased through EA’s storefront; check the in-game store for precise FC Point bundles and platform pricing on Origin/EA App, PlayStation Store or Xbox Marketplace.
I’ll watch the official EA channels and community hubs—Reddit’s r/FC and X/Twitter feeds—so I can flag exact stats and which cards are Premium-only as soon as Season 2 goes live.
Which of these leaks do you think will actually move the market—and are you ready to gamble your coins on them?
