The cave goes quiet. You hear footsteps—then a shout—and suddenly a wanted poster in Hernand has become very personal. I’ve been in that exact crevice, watching a gang close in, and I’ll walk you through how to turn that moment into Silver and street cred.
A street corner shows you what matters: the wanted posters gather where people pass
You’ll find Blix’s bounty the same way towns hand you a hint: on a notice board or tied to a pole in Hernand City. If you’re the kind who reads every poster, this one pays off early.
How to trigger the quest:
- Approach the notice board in Hernand City and take down the Blix poster.
- Hit the Observe button to accept the bounty. That pins the target to your journal.
- Can’t find the poster? Keep moving through Hernand’s story quests—Blix appears after a little progression.

A map marker will point you, but time and patience decide what you meet there
Open your Journal, find the Hernand faction, and mark the Blix bounty. The marker leads to Nas Riverside; when it drops you at a mountain crevice, you’re at the site where Blix and his gang usually hide.
Follow these steps to capture him alive (recommended if you want full payment):
- Ride to Nas Riverside and follow the on-screen marker into the crevice.
- If you find bandits instead of goblins, clear them and skip time for 6–12 hours—Blix often appears on the next cycle.
- When the gang spawns, use Observe to single out Blix and avoid killing him.
- Down his minions first. Then face Blix: wear him down and knock him out with punches so you don’t kill him.
- Carry Blix to your horse and deliver him to the Constabulary in Hernand City for the full reward.
If you kill Blix, you still get paid, but the bounty drops. I actually prefer the slow approach; the ambush hits like a snapping trap, and panicking makes you lose value.
Where is Blix located in Crimson Desert?
Marked in the Journal under Hernand, Blix is tucked in a crevice at Nas Riverside. If the marker drops you in a bandit camp, rest a few in-game hours and return—spawn cycles are how Pearl Abyss handles these NPCs on PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
How do I capture Blix alive?
Don’t overcommit with AoE or heavy strikes that kill. Use observe to tag him, clear the rest, then stun him with melee punches until he collapses. Carry him to the Constabulary—handing him over alive is the only way to get maximum payout.

You can see the payout visibly on the poster: numbers that tell you whether to risk it
Bring Blix in alive if you want the full haul. Here’s the math Pearl Abyss put on the poster and what it means when you’re buying gear or upgrading weapons.
- Bring Blix back alive: 15 Silver (€15)
- Kill Blix: 7 Silver (€7)
Silver is how you buy equipment and upgrades in Crimson Desert. Those 15 Silver will stretch further early on—think of it as seed money to get better gear before you start taking larger bounties.
I’ve shown you the route, the tricks, and the payoff; the rest comes down to whether you want the extra risk for the full reward—will you drag Blix in alive or take the easy kill for less pay?
