You’ll need to activate the lever at the pit’s center to restore power and descend into the Crypts below.
Tormented Souls 2: Prison Lever Puzzle Solution
The Prison lever may seem inactive, giving a false sense of security as a humanoid monster pounds on his cell, eager for revenge. However, it’s a ticking time bomb. To pull the lever and access the Crypts, you’ll need to redirect power. Start by heading into the open cell directly opposite your entry point, but tread carefully; a spider-like monster waits to ambush you. Use the Nailer to take it down efficiently, as its health pool and attack range surpass that of the humanoid foes.
Inside that cell, you’ll uncover the key to the Prison puzzle captured on Symbol Paper. Bring this back to the Prison entrance (following the red cable from the lever) and unlock the breaker using your Pliers. Look closely at the switches and use the clues from the Symbol Paper to adjust them. The switches need to align with the option that fits inside the circle featuring an ‘X’.
From left to right, turn each switch as follows:
