How to Donate to the Museum in Paralives

How to Donate to the Museum in Paralives

I pushed open the museum door and the silence hit like an accusation. You expect trophies and glass cases, but the space is empty and mildly embarrassing. That little quest prompt—“Make a donation”—stares back at you and you have no idea where to begin.

I’ve poked around this town enough to spare you the map fumbling. I’ll show you the fastest path to a valid donation and why each step matters for your game and your Paradimes.

I spotted a tall tan building with a green roof on the northwest corner of the map.

The museum sits near the town hall/library, just north of the community center and west of the high school lot. Hover over the grey icon and it will label itself “museum,” but if you prefer old-school searching, pan left to the edge of the map and move the camera up until you reach the top corner. You’ll pass the health center; the museum is slightly east of a large empty plot you can buy.

Where is the museum in Paralives?

It’s at the northwest end of town — a tan building with a green roof — just next to the town hall/library. If you still can’t find it, check the town map while zoomed out or join the Paralives Discord or Reddit to ask a local player for coordinates.

I’ve turned over rocks and dug up oddities on several lawns; the museum accepts the usual finds.

Accepted donations include mushrooms, gems, and old buried artifacts. You will come across all three while exploring town: forage for mushrooms, mine or find gems, and shovel up buried relics. Keep items in your inventory until you’re ready to submit them.

What can you donate to the museum in Paralives?

Anything the museum accepts shows up as a valid item in your inventory: mushrooms, collectible gems, and archaeological bits pulled from the ground. If an item doesn’t trigger the “Make a donation” option, it won’t count.

I found the donation boxes myself — small, unobtrusive, and placed where players actually walk.

There are several donation boxes around the building. The easiest is by the stairs next to the front door. Another sits inside, left of the entry, in the small shop area. Click a box, choose the “Make a donation” option, and pick a valid item from your inventory. Dropping an accepted object into the box feels like dropping a coin into a wishing well — simple, small, and oddly satisfying.

How do I donate items to the museum in Paralives?

Step 1: Go to the museum and find a donation box (front stairs or inside the shop). Step 2: Click the box and select “Make a donation.” Step 3: Choose a valid item from your inventory. If the option is grayed out, the selected item is not accepted.

I watched the exhibit fill out after a few donations and the empty floor suddenly mattered.

Donations build the museum so it stops feeling as bare as an empty gallery and starts showing exhibits. You earn rewards for contributions — such as Paradimes (the game’s currency) — and some story missions require specific donations, which come with their own prizes.

If you’re hunting tips or discoverables, the community on Steam, Paralives Discord, and Reddit often shares coordinates and odd finds. Alex Masse and the Paralives team pop into forums occasionally, so keep an eye on official channels for updates.

After you finish donating, you’ll have new mission options and more reasons to explore: try different Storyteller settings, check the community for rare artifact locations, and experiment with building around the museum plot. Ready to drop the next item into that box and see what changes in town?
