All Witchspire Familiars — Locations & How to Find Them

The night I missed a Pheomina spawn, I cursed my own timing and watched a glow fade into the Witchspire darkness. I circled the Witchspire Tower until fatigue forced me to learn the rhythms of the map. If you play like I do—at odd hours and chasing rare spawns—you want a list that points you straight to each Familiar.

I’ve hunted every Familiar I could find in the early access build and recorded where they consistently turn up. You’ll see spots that repeat across players; that’s why Steam threads and the official Witchspire Discord are useful when a new patch shifts spawn rates. Moyens I/O’s screenshot below is the exact scene where I tested several encounters.

All Familiar locations in Witchspire

On any afternoon you’ll spot multiple players hovering around the same beach, crater, or tower entrance.

Witchspire is still in early access, so new Familiars may arrive with updates. For now, these creatures don’t sit on precise pixels—think in terms of regions and hotspots. Below is the table of every Familiar I located; the spawns matched what other players reported on Steam and Reddit while I cross-checked on the Witchspire Discord.

Some Familiars will appear in secondary zones, but the table lists the most reliable spots I used across multiple runs. If a spawn slipped past you, check the nearby high-ground or beaches—those are frequent repeat locations. I used friends in Discord and a handful of Steam guides to verify these placements, acting like a flashlight that highlights the map’s small pockets of activity.

Where can I find Familiars in Witchspire?

You target regions, not single squares: Timberline Basin, Mira Isles, Shuddersands, and the Witchspire Tower surroundings are your main hunting grounds. Start from the Flight Pillar in Mira Isles to triangulate north/south spawns; beaches and crater rims are common.

Do Familiars only spawn at night?

Some do. Fien and Pheomina are explicit night spawns—if you miss them, swap to a late-night run or use the Steam community clock threads to coordinate. Day-to-night cycles on servers are consistent, so the Witchspire Discord and subreddit posts will tell you when fellow players are seeing night-only spawns.

Can I have multiple Familiars in my party?

Yes. You’ll add Familiars to your team when the game gives you that option after a successful encounter. Manage your roster from the in-game menu and test pairings in combat—the right mix can feel like a pocketknife of tricks when fights get messy.

Tip: follow the official Witchspire Twitter and active Steam threads for patch notes, since updates can change where and when Familiars appear. I cross-referenced every spawn here against player reports and a handful of community videos on YouTube for timing cues.

There are still Familiars I haven’t found; I’ll add them once I confirm locations. Which Familiar will you chase tonight?
