Aion 2: All Training Dummy Locations — Complete Map Guide

I swung at the scarecrow and watched my rotation crumble on the combat log. The small, silent field suddenly felt enormous. You don’t want that to happen before a boss pull.

I’m the sort of player who tests every macro, tweak, and talent point, and I’ll walk you straight to every training dummy in Aion 2 so you can stop guessing and start refining. These targets are obvious once you know where to check, but if you race through leveling or skip faction onboarding, you’ll waste time—and that costs raid preparedness. Read this as a short map, not a manual: quick, practical, and tuned to your next minutes in-game.

The Elyos dummies sit west of the Dawn Legion Base’s Kibelisk. I found the first pairs on flat ground near the base, and two more perched on the cliff that faces it. If you finish the Elyos prologue the base is already accessible; if you skipped it, return and clear the intro so the area appears on your map.

There are two dummy variants to know: regular Training Dummies and Melee Training Scarecrows. The Melee types will fight back with simple AoE strikes when you target them, which I use to rehearse evasion windows and close-quarters combos. Think of the Melee scarecrows as a rhythm coach for your buttons—keep your timing steady and you’ll avoid bad habits.

Where are the training dummies in Aion 2?

Short answer: each faction places them inside or just outside their main base. Elyos: near the Kibelisk at Dawn Legion Base. Asmodians: in front of Safe Heaven’s HQ in Alfgard. They scale to your level, so they’re as useful at 45 as they are when you test group rotations at endgame.

In Alfgard, the Asmodian dummies stand in front of Safe Heaven’s main headquarters. You’ll find two sets: one cluster right at the approach and a second set a little north of the entrance that includes a Melee Scarecrow. If you’re on the Asmodian path, the base appears after finishing the faction intro, which opens the area on your map.

How do melee training scarecrows behave?

Melee scarecrows perform predictable AoE patterns when engaged. I use them like a stress test for dodges and reaction macros; they’re not smart, but they force you to move off fixed patterns. If your rotation survives the Melee dummy’s quick bursts, it will survive group chaos.

Before you train, reduce visual noise so the screen gives you clean feedback. Go to Settings → Player Particle Effect and set to Self Only or Self and Party for group practice. Then go to Info Display → Common and set Display Other Player’s Pets to Off. Those two changes save me seconds of confusion every session.

If you want community-tested rotations, check Reddit and Discord channels for Aion 2, watch creators on YouTube who focus on NCSoft titles, or skim Moyens I/O’s guides for meta context. Steam forums and the official NCSoft boards are also useful for timing and platform-specific quirks.

Now that you can find every dummy, what will you break first: your most comfortable rotation or the one you copy-pasted from a forum?
