We Were Here Tomorrow: All Jigsaw Pieces Locations Guide

We Were Here Tomorrow: All Jigsaw Pieces Locations Guide

I froze as the door clicked behind my partner and the lights stuttered. My pulse was a dropped coin in my throat, and suddenly the hub felt smaller. You and I had seconds to sweep every shelf before the puzzle vanished again.

I’ve played every route, thrown more hooks than I care to admit, and tested each room until the pieces stopped hiding. I’ll lead; you call out what your headset shows. We’ll get those 12 Jigsaw pieces without wasting another run.

How to find all Jigsaw pieces in We Were Here Tomorrow

The Common Room is cluttered with half-finished projects and a faint chemical tang — a good sign you’re close. Below is a concise map of every piece, where it sits, and the quick action you need to claim it. Read the table, then use the short tips that follow to speed through each area with minimal backtracking.

Piece Location Where to Find Image
1-3 Common Room (The Hub) Easiest three pieces to find as they’re lying under the table that has a half-finished puzzle on top of it.
4 Common Room (The Hub) You will find this on the dining table, right next to the test tubes.
5 Research and Development You’ll come across a two-storey room with two key cards slots. Head to the area under the second floor, and you’ll find the piece on the counter to the right of the entrance.
6 Research and Development Go to the second floor, and you’ll find a small cabinet to the left of the stairs. The piece is within the cabinet.
7 Prototype Room Take the elevator to reach the first platform. The piece is by the left ceiling fan. You can just use the hook to grab it. TBA.
8 Prototype Room Once you’re done with the Prototype tutorial, enter the small room and pull the lever with your partner. Head out through the door, and you’ll find a table on the right of the entrance with the piece on top of it.
9 Common Room Go through the door located at the left of the table where we found the previous piece. Climb the stairs, and you’ll find a box with a hard hat on it. The piece will be next to the hat.
10 Room before the monorail Don’t pull the dual-handled lever in the center of the room. Instead, climb to the second floor, and turn left. You’ll find a computer panel with the piece on top of it. TBA
11 Common Room Go to the balcony, and you’ll find a computer with a right. Look for a cabinet to its left and the piece will be inside.
12 Common Room You’ll find a spot in the room with a bright “Norcek Industries” logo. Look up, and you’ll find a set of lights, and the piece can be grabbed from there. TBA

Where are the Jigsaw pieces located in We Were Here Tomorrow?

The table gives you the exact coordinates: most pieces live in the Common Room, Research & Development, and the Prototype area. That cluster means you should sweep the hub first, then clear R&D before you waste runs between elevators. If you prefer video walk-throughs, YouTube creators and Moyens I/O’s gallery (images above) show the angles that matter.

Do both players need to be present to collect pieces?

Short answer: yes, cooperation matters. Some pieces sit behind actions that require two roles — one to hold a lever, another to snatch a piece with the hook. If you’re solo, use the Steam community’s voice channels or the We Were Here Discord to recruit a quick partner; Steam sells the game for $19.99 (€18) and a second player saves runs.

Quick room-by-room cheatsheet:

  • Common Room: Sweep under the puzzle table first for pieces 1–3, then check dining table (piece 4), balcony cabinet (11), and the Norcek-lit ceiling for 12.
  • Research & Development: Under the mezzanine is 5; upstairs cabinet is 6. Two-card slots mark the space—don’t get distracted by consoles.
  • Prototype Room: Ride the elevator for 7, pull the tutorial lever for 8. Use the hook for ceiling grabs.
  • Pre-monorail room: Skip the central lever on your first pass; the panel on the second floor hides 10.

If you’re tracking progress on Steam Guides or posting clips to Reddit, timestamp each grab. That saves everyone time. Collecting these feels like threading a needle between two players: precise, tense, and oddly satisfying.

I’ve linked the images and reference shots above so you can confirm the angle before you run. Want to argue whether the Common Room or Prototype yields the most satisfying find?
